Abstract:Priključitev Krima k Rusiji, je odjeknila kot prava bomba v mednarodno pravnem prostoru, saj so bili odzivi mednarodne skupnosti burni, ker so bila očitno kršena pravila mednarodnega prava.

Abstract:Annexation the Crimea to Russia, it resounded like a real bomb in the international legal space, as were the responses of the international community turbulent, because there were obvious and clear violation of the rules of international law and, as one might say almost precedent event, how the particular area or people on the basis of rights nation to self-determination clearly choose for secession from Ukraine and joining the Federal Republic of Russia. Each secession is relatively different from all previous ones, so that each case needs to be analyzed and judged, but what is most important is, what the population of certain area wants, and of course should be allowed to decide their own destiny. Because of secession from Ukraine and annexation to Russia, western world imposed economic sanctions against Russia, which definitely affect the people of both sides of the curtain so it is for sure, very complicated and interesting situation, which has so far been peacefully and successfully, ended.
