Title:Mednarodno sodelovanje v šolstvu - program Comenius : magistrsko delo

Abstract:Večletno mednarodno sodelovanje šol v programih Evropske skupnosti je te prineslo določene spremembe in učinke na sodelujoče posameznike ter celotne vključene organizacije. Na področju mednarodnega sodelovanja v podporo razvoju nacionalnega šolstva je posebna skrb usmerjena v komplementarnost mednarodnega sodelovanja s cilji sodelovanja v izobraževalnih aktivnostih Evropske unije. To konkretno pomeni, da skuša nacionalne prioritete ter politične usmeritve EU (Lizbonska strategija, proces Izobraževanje in usposabljanje 2010, Kopenhagenski proces) podpreti z vsebinskimi in strokovnimi projekti ostalih dvostranskih, regionalnih ter večstranskih povezav. V zadnjem času gre predvsem za prizadevanje, da bi slovenski šolski sistem sprejel filozofijo komparativnega pogleda na vse ključne mednarodne cilje, premike in procese na področju izobraževanja, ki bi bili podprti s primerljivimi metodološkimi pristopi v statistiki, analitiki ter raziskovanju. V nalogi je obravnavano področje mednarodnega sodelovanja, s poudarkom na področju izobraževanja. Podane so informacije o mednarodnih izmenjavah med osnovnimi šolami in jasno je, da takšne izmenjave obstajajo. Vsebina dela na začetku seznanja z mednarodnim sodelovanjem nasploh, nato pa z zgodovino, razvojem in z današnjim stanjem mednarodnega sodelovanja ter izmenjav na področju šolstva. Podrobno je obdelan evropski program Comenius, ki je del programa Vseživljenjsko učenje, kot edini program, ki ga financira Evropska unija in omogoča mednarodno sodelovanje tudi med osnovnimi šolami. Predstavljeni so primeri dobre prakse že izvedenih izmenjav med osnovnimi šolami in analizirani njihovi konkretni primeri. Izvedena je raziskava, katere ugotovitve podajo rezultate ter hkrati predstavijo izkušnje in napotke za še učinkovitejše nadaljnje delo. Rezultat nam predstavi, kakšen je odnos osnovnih šol do mednarodnih izmenjav ter katere so ključne pridobitve vključenih v mednarodne projekte programa Comenius. Raziskava nam poda pregled stanja na področju mednarodnega sodelovanja med slovenskimi osnovnimi šolami in da izhodišča za morebitne izboljšave na tem področju.

Abstract:Several years of international cooperation between schools in the European Community has already brought some changes and effects on the individuals and entire organizations involved. In the field of international cooperation to support the development of national education , special care is focused on the complementarity of international cooperation with the aim of cooperation in the educational activities of the European Union. This means concretely that seeks to national priorities and political direction of the EU (the Lisbon Strategy, the process of Education and Training 2010, the Copenhagen process) supported by substantive and technical projects of other bilateral, regional and multilateral links. Lately, it is primarily for efforts to Slovenian school system adopted a philosophy of comparative view on all key international objectives, movements and processes in the field of education, which would be supported by comparable methodological approaches in statistics and research analysts. The paper discuss the scope of international cooperation, with an emphasis on education. Here are given information on international exchanges between the elementary schools and it is clear that such exchanges exist. My work at the beginning note of international cooperation in general, and then with the history, development and present-day international cooperation and exchanges in the field of education. Paper work detail displays European Comenius program, which is part of the Lifelong Learning Programme, as the only program financed by the European Union and allowing international cooperation among primary schools. Further are examples of good practice already carried out exchanges between the elementary schools and analyzed their concrete examples. Conducted a survey, presents the findings towards results and at the same time present the experience and guidance for more effective further on future work. Conducted survey presents the result of the attitude of the elementary schools to international exchanges, which are the key acquisition involved in international projects Comenius program. The study gives us an overview of the state of international cooperation between Slovenian primary schools and possible improvements in this area.
