Language: Slovenian Work type: Bachelor thesis/paper Tipology: 2.11 - Undergraduate Thesis Organization: FIZIOTERAPEVTIKA - PHYSIOTHERAPEUTICA Abstract: Komunikacija je kompleksen proces, ki poteka med ljudmi in omogoča izmenjave informacij, sobivanje z okolico ter hkrati tudi razreševanje potencialnih problemov oz. primarno preprečevanje le-teh. Komunikacijo je ves čas potrebno na primeren način prirejati glede na prejemnika, kar pomeni, da je vsak na svoj individualen način dovzeten za sporočila. Komuniciranje znotraj tima, v našem primeru fizioterapevtskega, je zelo pomembno, spoštujemo nadrejenega ter sodelavce, ohranjamo spoštljiv odnos brez predsodkov tudi do podrejenih. Znotraj tima lahko prihaja do določenih nesoglasij zaradi razlike v starosti, nivoja izobrazbe, delovne dobe oz. izkušenj ali pa ideologije in metodologije dela. Prav to pa so izzivi, ki jih učinkovita komunikacija razrešuje in jim piše skupni imenovalec. Naloga predstavlja pomembnost komuniciranja znotraj tima ter komuniciranje tima s pacientom za njegovo uspešno reahabilitacijo. Potrjuje tudi, kako pomemben je avtoritativni lik vodje tima ter kako vsota vseh njegovih pristojnosti vpliva na hitrost ter kakovost rehabilitacije in smisel sodelovanja pacienta, ki začuti empatijo strokovnjakov. Diplomsko delo prav tako izpostavlja določene pomankljivosti v poteku komunikacije ter kako jih razrešiti, ali celo preventivno preprečiti, da se ne razvijejo v negativne posledice konflikta, saj ga je možno razrešiti in se iz njega učiti, da napak ne ponavljamo. Title:	COMMUNICATION IN THE PHISYOTHERAPY TEAM FOR PATIENT'S SUCCESFUL REHABILITATION
Abstract:	Communication is a complex process that enables people to exchange informations and to co-exist with others - solving problems or even preventing them. Communication has to be rearranged individually, considering the recipient of our messages - because of the specific understanding of every person alone. When we talk about communication inside a team, in our example physiotherapy team, it is very important to respect the superior person and others co-workers in order to keep conflicts out of the team. Teams can meet serious conflicts because of age gap, education gap or just methodology/ideology gap and this can be really destructive but this is also what communication is for. This assignment presents the importance of communication inside a team and communication of team with the patient for successful rehabilitation - it also shows the meaning of authority and how all communication factors affect the quality and speed of patient’s recovery, due to empathy and flawless communication. This thesis presents the flaws inside communication and how to solve or prevent them inside a physiotherapy team, so they do not escalate into negative side of a conflict and we can learn from them instead.
