There are two search modes available: simple and advanced. Simple search searches in titles, abstract, key words and full text, but doesn't enable search operators. Advanced search offers several attributes and search operators to search with. Search results display some data as links. Link on the document title shows more data about that document, while other links perform new searches.

Sustainable development in craft brewing: : master's thesis
Eldar Zilbershteyn, master's thesis

Abstract: This thesis explores sustainable practices in the craft brewing industry, focusing on environmental, economic, and social challenges as breweries meet consumer demand for eco-friendly products. The study identifies the main drivers and barriers, including financial constraints, regulatory complexities, and limited expertise. Examining current trends, consumer behaviours, and technological innovations gives practical solutions and strategic recommendations for making the sector more sustainable. The findings highlight opportunities like cost savings, market differentiation, and community engagement, even though challenges like financial and knowledge gaps exist. Emphasising the need for economic incentives, education, and standardised metrics, the research shows the role of community partnerships in advancing sustainability. The thesis offers a framework for implementing sustainable practices and aligning business success with environmental and community goals. It ends with recommendations for future research on better assessment tools and new brewing technologies to further reduce environmental impacts, paving the way for a more sustainable future in craft brewing.

VPLIV PSIHOLOŠKIH SPROŽILCEV NA GENERACIJO Z PRI PRODAJI V FIZIČNI TRGOVINI NA PRIMERU OBLAČILNE INDUSTRIJE
Nik Lacić, 2024, not set

Abstract: Vpliv psiholoških sprožilcev na nakupno vedenje generacije Z v oblačilni industriji zahteva poglobljeno razumevanje tržnih pristopov.
