181. Slovenia's steps on the European pathArne Mavčič, 2025, original scientific article Abstract: he article discusses the first steps of slovenia on its path toward accession, adaptation, and implementation of the Eu-ropean convention on Human rights and the case law of the European court of Human rights. Although the conven-tion was known under the previous system, its actual part-nership was unattainable in the then political circumstances, as the conditions for membership in the council of Europe were not met and the level of human rights protection re-mained questionable. the former Yugoslavia did submit an application for membership in the council of Europe shortly before its dissolution, but it was never realized. this turning historical period — a time of major social and political chang-es following the decline of soviet influence — encouraged processes of democratization and transformation of values throughout Europe, particularly in its eastern part. For slo-venia, it was a time of exceptional sensitivity due to the war events in the neighbourhood, yet with internal political unityit succeeded in taking a new, democratic path. shortly after independence, slovenia became the first new state in the re-gion to join the Venice commission and to establish partner-ship with the council of Europe, the European convention, and the European court of Human rights. the acceptance of the convention’s values and the court’s case law among the first new or renewed states marked the beginning of a period of adaptation, renewal, and internalization of funda-mental democratic principles throughout slovenian society and the state. 183. Challenging gender stereotypes in classical ballet pedagogy: perspectives and approaches : master thesis of the study program of the second Bologna cycle Dance studies, dance pedagogyAntoneta Turk, 2025, master's thesis Abstract: This master’s thesis explores the possibilities for developing ballet pedagogy as a more inclusive, critically aware, and ethically sensitive practice. Based on feminist, queer, and intersectional theoretical frameworks, it analyzes how traditional educational models can contribute to the preservation of normative ideals, particularly regarding gender, sexual orientation, race, and bodily aesthetics. The research is grounded in qualitative methodology and includes interviews with ten dance educators from various cultural backgrounds. The thematic analysis highlights four key areas of pedagogical transformation: gendered embodiment, institutional culture, somatic awareness, and power relations in the learning environment. Rather than rejecting classical technique, the study proposes ways to reinterpret ballet through inclusive pedagogy that foregrounds dialogue, care, and student autonomy. Emphasizing the experiences and identities of dancers, the thesis advocates for a shift from traditional, hierarchical models to more inclusive and responsive approaches. The findings indicate that meaningful change in ballet education requires not only content adjustments but also a thorough reconsideration of how bodies are understood, valued, and taught. Instead of maintaining traditional norms, the thesis proposes a vision of ballet as a space where diverse identities can develop, be expressed, and co-create, whereby ballet becomes a medium of artistic expression and social transformation. 184. Metode: Analizirani so bili podatki 35 preiskovancev. 185. Education against ageism, stereotypes and gerontophobia about the sexuality of older adults (development of a model for integrated promotion of sexual life of older adults)Karmen Petek, Jana Goriup, 2025, original scientific article Abstract: This study aims to develop an educational model and guidelines for promoting sexual health in older adults (55+), addressing ageism, stereotypes, and gerontophobia. Despite its significance for successful aging, sexual health in older adults is often neglected. The study involved 651 participants (aged 55-75) and used a quantitative approach, examining factors like health status, sexual activity, and education through an online survey. Key findings include a positive correlation between health and sexual satisfaction (r = 0.2 to 0.4, p < 0.001) and the importance of sexual knowledge in life satisfaction (F = 90.027; p < 0.001). Results underline the need for tailored educational programs and open discussions on sexuality. The proposed model aims to improve sexual well-being and overall quality of life, promoting a holistic approach to sexual health care to older adults. These findings are relevant for shaping policies and interventions in Slovenia and globally. 187. STRATEŠKA ANALIZA IN VPLIV NA FINANČNO USPEŠNOST: PRIMER PODJETJA TESLATim Pakiž, 2026, not set Abstract: Magistrsko delo obravnava, kako strateški management vpliva na finančno uspešnost podjetja Tesla v letih 2020–2024.
Primerjava tržne vrednosti in ocene DCF razkriva pogosto preseganje notranje vrednosti.
Zaključek potrjuje, da strateške usmeritve pomembno vplivajo na finančne rezultate in zahtevajo stalno prilagajanje razmeram. Keywords: strateški management, PESTLE, Porter, SWOT, Tesla Published in ReVIS: 17.02.2026; Views: 287; Downloads: 7

188. RAZVOJ BLAGOVNE ZNAMKE IN CELOSTNE IZKUŠNJE STRANK NA PRAKTIČNEM PRIMERULana Dodič Ceglar, 2026, not set Abstract: Diplomsko delo obravnava razvoj turističnega produkta butičnih piknikov v Vipavski dolini kot primer oblikovanja celostne izkušnje strank in grajenja blagovne znamke. 189. God in the digital cloud: social media behaviors and religious affiliation in individuals with the hermit archetypeTihana Đumić, Božidar Veljković, Dinko Bilić, 2025, original scientific article Abstract: This paper investigates patterns of digital behavior on social media among individuals exhibiting a pronounced Hermit archetypal profile, with emphasis on distinctions between religious and non-religious participants. The research was conducted on a convenience sample of 188 participants, 40.4% of whom were identified as digital hermits based on the 60th percentile of the archetypal profile. Four behavioral dimensions were analyzed: thematic focus of posts, posting frequency, time spent on social media, and online reach. Findings showed that religious participants more often posted spiritual, reflective, and symbolic content, while non-religious individuals tended to avoid posting or shared mundane, personal topics. Although none of the observed differences reached statistical significance, effect sizes suggested only small or modest variations. Nevertheless, descriptive patterns indicate stylistic divergences between the groups, supporting the theoretical assumption of a more restrained and selective online presence among religious digital hermits.
