Abstract: That is important for the whole World communities "The Reconciliation of The Power of Lawyer and Mediation" formed subject of my thesis.All kinds of dispute's solution that expected from judicial authorities caused the courts deflection under load. The intensity of courts that constitutes a major problem in our judicial system and extenuating about these major problems I handled the Reconciliation of The Power of Lawyer within The Mediation on The Recommendations of The Council of Europe Committee of Ministers Legal Disputes. Than I explained the methods of reconciliation. I touched on the historical basis and progress of medition in Turkish Legal System. I viewed the legal characteristic and varieties of medition.In my work named "Reconciliation of The Power of Lawyer and Mediation" I viewed mediation in written law of the European Union Member Countries such as Germany, Austro, Slovenia.
