Opis: In this study, firstly the provisions of the Enforcement and Bankruptcy Law governing the attachment procedures specific to bills of exchange are dealt with. Within this framework, the concept of "objection" is thoroughly evaluated and the decisions issued upon objection are examined from all perspectives. In the first section, the material and formal conditions applicable to attachment procedures specific to bills of exchange are examined. In the following sections, the steps prior to objection in attachment procedures specific to bills of exchange are dealt with and the effects of objection on the proceedings are examined. Other key elements of this study consist of the motives of the objection, the procedure for the evaluation of the objection and the effects of decisions issued upon objection on the enforcement proceedings.
