Opis: This research involves an examination of medical malpractice in every step of medical intervention and medical treatment. Although the primary responsibility in medical malpractice is held by the doctor, legal ways of referring to auxiliary staff through employer liability or to health care provider through service defect has been investigated.The concept of health care services are explained in the first part of the study. Health care services and services offered within health care services are discussed in the first chapter.
