Rezultat ankete so bili preneseni v program SPSS, s pomočjo katerega so bili analizirani s statističnimi testi. Rezultati so prikazali grafično in tabelarno.

Title:Staff satisfaction with the implementation of a quality management system at primary care level
Abstract:Introduction: The implementation of comprehensive quality management requires proactivity in fulfilling the values of comprehensive quality management, such as implementing appropriate measures in the right way, as well as maintaining the performance of tasks to the necessary extent. Several research studies have reported that comprehensive quality management has a positive impact on the performance of healthcare institutions, indicating that healthcare institutions with implemented quality systems are more likely to engage in comprehensive quality management practices compared to those without implemented quality systems. Methods: The master's thesis was based on a literature review and a quantitative research metods. For the purpose of the study, a quantitative data collection method was used, with a survey being the instrument employed to assess employee satisfaction with the implementation of a quality management system in primary healthcare. The population in the study consisted of employees in a selected healthcare organization, to whom a questionnaire was administered (quota samplimg). The survey was prepared using the online tool 1ka and, with prior consent from the chosen hralthcare organization, it was distributed to the official email addresses of the employees in the selected healthcare organization. The survey results were transferred to the SPSS program, where they were analyzed using statistical tests. The results were presented graphically and in tabular form. Results: The study involved 76 individuals. The employees who participated in the study rated their satesfaction with the implementation of a quality managment ystem in primary healthcare with an average score of 3.48 on a five point scale, which does not reflect excessive satisfaction. According to the research resuls, respondents are most satisfied with the environmrntal factors in the implementation of the quality management system. Demographic factors, which are based on the research results, do not have an impact on employees satisfaction with the implementation of a quality management system in primary healthcare. Discussion: The research provides important informations about different factors that influence the success of implementation and employee satisfaction with it. In addition to the quality management systems themselves, the master's thesis presents factors and obstacles tp the success of implementation, which will enable leaders to direct their efforts, resources towards achieving the best results and time. Based on the results, it is also evident that quality leaders and policy makers in healthcare institutions shoul pay more attention to the key ole of management and employees in the phases of implementation, execution, and success of quality management system.
