Abstract:

Title:
BURNOUT SYNDROME AMONG EMERGENCY CARE PROVIDERS
Abstract:
In the thesis, we identified the complexity and diversity of symptoms and patterns in experiencing stress. Analyzed data, showing encouraging signs such as organizational support, still highlight the need for improvement and adaptation of support structures. The COVID-19 epidemic has further intensified these challenges, necessitating further action to ensure adequate support for employess.
