Abstract:Diplomska naloga obravnava izvedbo energetske sanacije objekta s poudarkom na večvirnem ogrevanju in avtomatizaciji sistema. Ključni cilji vključujejo zmanjšanje stroškov ogrevanja, izboljšanje energetske učinkovitosti in povečanje udobja bivanja. Zamenjava opreme obsega namestitev 3-fazne toplotne črpalke, peči na trda goriva in toplotnega zalogovnika. Avtomatizacija sistema poteka preko krmilnika Siemens Logo PLC, ki omogoča integrirano upravljanje vseh virov energije.

Abstract:The diploma thesis addresses the implementation of energy renovation in a building with a focus on multi-source heating and system automation. The project involves a comprehensive analysis of existing conditions, the replacement of outdated equipment such as an oil furnace, and the implementation of a new heating system. Key objectives include reducing heating costs, improving energy efficiency, and enhancing living comfort. The equipment replacement includes the installation of a 3-phase heat pump, solid fuel stove, and a thermal storage tank. The system's automation is carried out through the Siemens Logo PLC controller, enabling integrated control of all energy sources. The controller includes algorithms for automatically adjusting the energy source based on current market conditions. The project has successfully achieved measurable energy savings goals of 20–25%, considering both costs and intangible effects, such as improved living comfort. The results lay the foundation for further improvements, including the planned integration of a hybrid photovoltaic power plant and an interface update to enhance the user experience.
