Zdravljenje je konzervativno in operativno. V večini primerov se odločimo za konzervativno zdravljenje, kamor spada tudi fizioterapevtska obravnava. Namen diplomske naloge je pregled literature o fizioterapevtski obravnavi pacientov z NUK. Metode: Diplomska naloga temelji na sistematičnem pregledu literature, pridobljene s pomočjo elektronskih baz podatkov PubMed, Google Scholar, PEDro in COBISS. Rezultati: V analizo smo vključili devet raziskav. Rezultati kažejo, da zanesljivih dokazov o učinkovitosti fizioterapevtskih metod in tehnik pri obravnavi pacientov z NUK ni. Kljub temu se pri obravnavi NUK priporočajo poučitev, uporaba toge nočne opornice, elektro terapija, kinezioterapija in tehnike manualne terapije. Uporabnost: Rezultati pregleda literature so namenjeni fizioterapevtom, ki se v praksi srečujejo z obravnavo pacientov z NUK. Omejitve: Večina raziskav temelji na majhnem vzorcu preiskovancev in kratkem trajanju raziskave, zato zanesljivega programa rehabilitacije ni mogoče oblikovati. Title:	Effectiveness of physiotherapeutic treatment in patients with ulnar neuropathy at the elbow
Abstract:	Introduction and Purpose: Ulnar neuropathy at the elbow (UNE) is the second most common peripheral neuropathy after carpal tunnel syndrome. Treatment is either conservative or surgical. In most cases, conservative treatment is advised, which includes physiotherapy. The aim of this thesis is literature review on physiotherapeutic management of patients with UNE. Methods: A systematic review of literature obtained from the electronic databases PubMed, Google Scholar, PEDro and COBISS. Results: Based on inclusion and exclusion criteria, 9 studies were included in to analysis. The results show the lack of scientific evidence on the effectiveness of physiotherapeutic methods and techniques in treatment of patients with UNE. Nevertheless, education, use of rigid night splints, electrotherapy, kinesiotherapy and manual therapy techniques are recommended for patients with UNE. Applicability: Results are intendent to physiotherapists dealing with patients with UNE in clinical practice. Limitations: The conclusions of most of the studies are based on a small sample size and short study duration. Therefore, a reliable rehabilitation programme cannot be designed.
