Abstract:Diplomska naloga se osredotoča na razvoj vpenjalne naprave za manjše pločevinaste izdelke. Namen diplomske naloge je razvoj vpenjalne naprave in primerjava s stanjem pred in po uporabi vpenjalne naprave. Uporabljene metode vključujejo načrtovanje in razvoj vpenjalne naprave po zastavljenih zahtevah, poenostavitev varjenja, optimizacijo delovnega procesa. Ugotovitve kažejo, da je uporaba vpenjalne naprave izločila napake in dosegla lažjo in hitrejšo izvedbo varjenja izdelka.

Title:DEVELOPMENT OF CLAMPING DEVICE FOR MANUAL WELDING OF A PRACTICAL PRODUCT
Abstract:The diploma thesis focused on the development of a clamping device for smaller sheet metal products. The purpose of the thesis is to develop a clamping device and compare it with the state before and after the use of clamping device. The methods used include the design and development of the clamping device according to set requirements, simplification of welding, optimization of work process. The findings show that use of a clamping device eliminated errors and made it easier and faster to weld the product.
