Abstract:Diplomska naloga se osredotoča na prenovo SCADA sistema za nadzor komprimiranega zraka z vidika produktnega vodenja predelave. Projekt je vključeval fizično optimizacijo razvoda, dodajanje novih krmilnih komponent, nadgradnjo programske opreme in uporabniškega vmesnika ter uvedbo možnosti oddaljenega dostopa. Ekonomska analiza je pokazala, da prenova zmanjšuje stroške vzdrževanja, izboljšuje energetsko učinkovitost in nadzor. Zaključek potrjuje uspešnost projekta, ki omogoča boljši nadzor, večjo zanesljivost ter gospodarske koristi, hkrati pa nudi možnosti za prihodnje nadgradnje in optimizacije sistema.

Abstract:The diploma thesis focuses on the redesign of a SCADA system for compressed air control from a product management perspective. The project included physical optimisation of the plant, addition of new control components, upgrading of the software and user interface and introduction of remote access capabilities. The economic analysis showed that the redesign reduces maintenance costs, improves energy efficiency and control. The conclusion confirms the success of the project, which provides better control, increased reliability and economic benefits, while offering opportunities for future system upgrades and optimisations.
