Abstract:Diplomska naloga opiše razvoj prototipnega rezilnega orodja za izrez okrogle medicinske vrečke iz poliuretana. Podrobno je opisana teorija izrezovanja, obravnavani in nato določeni pa so vsi glavni vplivni parametri izrezovanja z rezilnim orodjem. Oblika in zračnost orodja za izrezovanje sta določeni tako analitično kot tudi empirično in podkrepljeni z mikroposnetki rezalne površine.

Title:Development of a tool for cutting a round polyurethane medical bag
Abstract:The thesis describes the development of a prototype cutting tool for cutting a round polyurethane medical bag. The theory of cutting is described in detail and all the main influencing parameters of cutting with a cutting tool are discussed and then determined. The shape and clearance of the cutting tool are determined both analytically and empirically and supported by microcaptions of the cutting surface.
