Title:Preventivni vadbeni programi, ki vključujejo nordijsko vajo za zadnje stegenske mišice pri nogometaših : pregled literature

Abstract:Poškodbe zadnjih stegenskih mišic so pogoste pri športih, ki vključujejo hitri tek, spremembe smeri in skakanje, še posebej pri nogometaših. Te poškodbe lahko povzročijo daljšo odsotnost od športa in imajo visoko stopnjo ponovitve, kar lahko vodi do nezmožnosti igranja tudi do 90 dni. Uspešna rehabilitacija zahteva dobro poznavanje anatomije, dejavnikov tveganja in ustreznih postopkov zdravljenja, da se zmanjša tveganje za ponovno poškodbo in omogoči pravočasen povratek k športu. Stopnja ponovnih poškodb zadnjih stegenskih mišic je višja od drugih. Tradicionalne metode rehabilitacije, ki se osredotočajo na krepitev mišične moči in uravnoteženje med m. quadriceps femoris in zadnjimi stegenskimi mišicami, so sicer pogoste, vendar tveganje za ponovne poškodbe ostaja visoko. Ena izmed učinkovitih vaj za preprečevanje in rehabilitacijo teh poškodb je nordijska vaja za zadnje stegenske mišice, ki izboljšuje ekscentrično moč in fleksibilnost zadnjih stegenskih mišic. Vaja je praktična in jo lahko izvajajo celotne ekipe, vendar zahteva postopno povečevanje obremenitve, da se prepreči mišična bolečina. Športniki se s časom prilagodijo vaji, kar prispeva k boljši kontroli in večjemu obsegu gibanja, preden pride do poškodbe. Namen diplomskega dela je bil s pomočjo pregleda literature ugotoviti, ali so vadbeni programi, ki vključujejo nordijsko vajo za zadnje stegenske mišice, učinkoviti pri preprečevanju poškodb. Prav tako smo želeli raziskati praktično uporabnost teh programov ter dejavnike, ki vplivajo na njihovo učinkovitost. Pri sami raziskavi smo si zadali dve raziskovalni vprašanji in nanju v razpravi tudi odgovorili. Zadali smo si tudi cilje, ki smo jih izpolnili.

Abstract:Hamstring injuries are common in sports that involve rapid running, changes in direction and jumping, especially among soccer players. These injuries can lead to extended absences from sports and have a high recurrence rate, potentially resulting in an inability to play for up to 90 days. Successful rehabilitation requires a thorough understanding of anatomy, risk factors and appropriate treatment procedures to reduce the risk of re-injury and ensure a timely return to sport. The recurrence rate of hamstring injuries is higher compared to other. Traditional rehabilitation methods that focus on increasing muscle power and improving balance between the quadriceps femoris muscle and hamstrings are common, but the risk of re-injury remains high. One effective exercise for preventing and rehabilitating these injuries is the Nordic exercise for hamstrings, which improves eccentric strength and flexibility of the hamstring muscles. This exercise is practical and can be performed by entire team but requires gradual increases in load to avoid muscle soreness. Over time, athletes adapt to the exercise, which contributes to better control and a greater range of motion before an injury occurs. The aim of this diploma thesis was to review the literature to determine whether training programs incorporating the Nordic exercise for hamstrings are effective in preventing injuries. We also aimed to investigate the practical applicability of these programs and the factors influencing their effectiveness. In the diploma thesis, we addressed two research questions and answered them in the discussion. We also set and achieved specific goals.
