Abstract:
Diplomska naloga obravnava vlogo patronažnih medicinskih sester pri oskrbi paliativnih pacientov na domu. Osredotoča se na ključne naloge medicinskih sester, izzive pri njihovem delu ter potrebe svojcev paliativnih bolnikov. Pregled literature vključuje tuje in domače raziskave ter strokovne članke, ki obravnavajo celostno paliativno oskrbo in pomen patronažne zdravstvene nege.

Abstract:
This thesis examines the role of community nurses in providing palliative care at home. It focuses on the key responsibilities of nurses, the challenges they face, and the needs of family caregivers of palliative patients. The literature review includes both national and international studies, as well as professional articles that address comprehensive palliative care and the significance of community nursing.
