Title:Pristopi k reševanju anksioznih motenj pri študentih med izobraževanjem : diplomsko delo visokošolskega strokovnega študijskega programa prve bolonjske stopnje Zdravstvena nega

Abstract:Teoretična izhodišča: Anksiozne motnje so najpogostejše duševne motnje. Na voljo so različni pristopi reševanja anksioznih motenj, kot so psihofarmakologija, kognitivno-vedenjska terapija in komplementarno zdravljenje. Zaradi stigmatizacije in strahu je ključnega pomena ozaveščanje in podpora posameznika glede obstoječih možnostih učinkovitega preprečevanja in zdravljenja anksioznih motenj. Metodologija: V diplomskem delu smo uporabili kvantitativno in deskriptivno metodo raziskovanja, teoretični del temelji na opisovanju, povzemanju in primerjanju, v empiričnem delu je bila uporabljena metoda anketiranja, analize in deskriptivne statistike. Za zbiranje podatkov smo uporabili spletni anketni vprašalnik 1KA s 16 vprašanji, oblikovan in zasnovan za potrebe raziskave. V raziskavo je bilo vključenih 50 naključnih, rednih in izrednih študentov različnih študijskih programov v Sloveniji. Vzorec v raziskavi je neslučajnostni in namenski. Rezultati: Postavili smo štiri hipoteze povezane z anksioznostjo, od katerih smo tri potrdili in eno zavrnili. Z raziskavo smo ugotovili, da anksioznost med študenti obstaja še v večji meri, kot kažejo svetovne študije. Z raziskavo smo ugotovili in potrdili, da se anksioznost pogosteje pojavlja pri osebah ženskega spola, ter da študentje za lajšanje simptomov anksioznosti uporabljajo komplementarne metode (pogovor, športna aktivnost, sprostitvene tehnike. Razprava: Raziskave drugih in tudi naše raziskave kažejo na potrebo po dolgoročnem spremljanju duševnih motenj pri študentih, kar bi omogočilo zgodnje odkrivanje tistih, ki potrebujejo zdravstveno pomoč. Pomembno je ozaveščanje študentov o pristopih reševanja anksioznih motenj. Veliko pristopov za lajšanje anksioznih motenj ni zahtevnih, vendar nič ne koristijo, če jih ne poznamo oziroma se bolezni sramujemo oziroma si je ne priznamo.

Abstract:Theoretical Background: Anxiety disorders are the most common mental disorders. Various approaches are available for addressing anxiety disorders, such as psychopharmacology, cognitive behavioural therapy and complementary therapies. Due to stigma and fear, it is crucial to raise awareness and support the individual about the existing options for effective prevention and treatment of anxiety disorders. Methodology: In this thesis, we employed quantitative and descriptive research methods. The theoretical part is based on description, summarization, and comparison, while the empirical part utilized methods of surveying, analysis, and descriptive statistics. Data was collected using an online survey questionnaire designed with 16 questions on the 1KA platform, created and tailored for the research needs. The research involved 50 randomly selected regular and part-time students from various study programs in Slovenia. The sample used in the study was non-probability and purposive. Results: We established four hypotheses related to anxiety, three of which were confirmed, and one was rejected. The research revealed that anxiety among students exists to an even greater extent than indicated by global studies. We found and confirmed that anxiety is more prevalent in female students and that students use complementary methods to relieve their anxiety symptoms (conversation, sports activity, relaxation techniques). Discussion: Research by others, as well as our own, indicates the need for long-term monitoring of mental health disorders among students, which would allow for the early detection of those in need of medical assistance. It is important to raise awareness among students about approaches to addressing anxiety disorders. Many of the approaches to relieving anxiety disorders are not difficult, but they are of no use if they are not known, or if the illness is shamed or not acknowledged.
