Abstract:Diplomska naloga obravnava vpliv izbranih parametrov injekcijskega brizganja na mehanske in magnetne lastnosti izdelkov iz kompozitnega materiala Ferrocomp I 9/18 PS. S sistematičnim spreminjanjem posameznih procesnih nastavitev, kot so temperatura taline, naknadni tlak, hitrost brizganja in čas hlajenja, smo analizirali njihov vpliv na maso izdelkov, poroznost, mehansko odpornost ter magnetne in temperaturne odzive. Eksperimentalni del je bil izveden v industrijskem okolju podjetja Kolektor KFH d.o.o., kjer so bili izdelani vzorci in izmerjeni procesni parametri. Rezultati so pokazali, da lahko že manjše spremembe nastavitev povzročijo opazna odstopanja v kakovosti izdelkov. Ugotovitve raziskave bodo v prihodnje služile kot osnova za optimizacijo procesa brizganja, ob upoštevanju variabilnosti materiala med posameznimi šaržami.

Title:INFLUENCE OF INJECTION MOULDING PROCESS PARAMETERS ON THE MACHENICAL PROPERTIES OF PRODUCT
Abstract:This thesis investigates the influence of selected injection moulding parameters on the mechanical and magnetic properties of products made from the composite material Ferrocomp I 9/18 PS. By systematically varying key process settings—such as melt temperature, holding pressure, injection speed, and cooling time—we analysed their effects on product mass, porosity, mechanical strength, as well as magnetic and thermal performance. The experimental work was carried out in the industrial setting of Kolektor KFH d.o.o., where samples were produced and process data recorded. Results indicate that even minor changes in parameters can lead to significant deviations in product quality. The findings will serve as a basis for future process optimization, considering material variability between production batches.
