Abstract:Diplomska naloga obravnava montažno linijo za proizvodnjo vrtalnega priključka z odsesavanjem prahu in delcev za vrtalno-udarne stroje, kjer smo zaradi povečanja naročil in novih strank želeli povečati količino proizvedenih izdelkov na časovno enoto in izboljšati poslovanje. Analizirali smo izhodiščno stanje, izdelali načrt optimizacije, načrtovali uravnoteženje delovnih mest in po uvedbi izboljšav analizirali rezultate. Z ukrepi smo uspešno povečali obseg proizvodnje na skoraj dvakratno količino na izmeno in pravočasno izpolnili naročila.
Keywords:ključni kazalniki učinkovitosti, uravnoteženje montažne linije, merjenje časa, sistem vnaprej določenih časov, produktivnost

Title:OPTIMIZATION OF A PRODUCTION LINE
Abstract:Thesis addresses an assembly line for the production of a drill bit with dust and debris extraction for hammer drill machines, where due to increase of customer orders and new customers we aimed to increase the number of produced parts per time unit and improve business operations. We analysed the initial state, prepared an optimization plan, planned X balancing and analysed the results after the implementation of improvements. We have successfully nearly doubled the production volume per shift and fulfilled customer orders in time.
Keywords:overall equipment effectiveness, assembly line balancing, time measurement, predetermined motion time system, productivity
