Title:IZBOLJŠANJE UČINKOVITOSTI STROJEV ZA TLAČNO LITJE S SPROTNIM SPREMLJANJEM NJIHOVEGA STANJA

Abstract:V uvodnem delu diplomske naloge je predstavljeno področje visokotlačnega litja in pomen učinkovitega nadzora nad proizvodnim procesom. Poudarjen je vpliv kompleksnosti izdelkov ter zahteve trga po nižjih stroških, kar zahteva sprotno spremljanje stanja strojev. V nadaljevanju je opisana teoretična osnova visokotlačnega litja, vključno s tehnologijo, napakami v ulitkih in metodami za zagotavljanje kakovosti. Podrobneje so predstavljeni sistemi za zajem podatkov ter pomen njihove analize za optimizacijo proizvodnje. Naslednji del naloge zajema analizo obstoječega stanja v proizvodnem okolju. Na podlagi zbranih podatkov so bile prepoznane težave, na podlagi katerih je bila predlagana rešitev z uporabo sistematičnega zajema podatkov in vizualizacije ključnih parametrov. V zadnjem delu so predstavljeni rezultati kateri kažejo na možnosti za zmanjšanje izmeta in zastojev ter podajajo smernice za nadaljnji razvoj digitalnega spremljanja v industriji tlačnega litja.

Title:IMPROVING THE EFFICIENCY OF DIE CASTING MACHINES THRUGH REAL TIME CONDITION MONITORING
Abstract:In the introductory section of the diploma thesis, the field of high-pressure die casting and the importance of effective control over the production process are presented. The influence of product complexity and the market demand for lower costs, which necessitate real-time machine condition monitoring, are emphasized. The theoretical basis of high-pressure die casting is described in the following sections, including technology, casting defects, and quality assurance methods. Data acquisition systems are presented in detail, along with the importance of data analysis for production optimization. The next part of the thesis covers the analysis of the current state in the production environment. Based on the collected data, problems were identified, which formed the basis for a proposed solution using systematic data acquisition and visualization of key parameters. In the final section, the results are presented, highlighting the potential for reducing scrap and downtime and providing guidelines for the further development of digital monitoring in the die casting industry.
