Title:Vpliv uporovne vadbe na kostno gostoto pri osebah z osteoporozo – pregled literature : diplomsko delo visokošolskega strokovnega študijskega programa prve bolonjske stopnje Fizioterapija

Abstract:Teoretična izhodišča: Osteoporoza je kronična sistemska skeletna bolezen, za katero sta značilna postopno zmanjševanje kostne gostote in spremenjena mikroarhitektura kostnega tkiva, kar vodi v povečano krhkost kosti in s tem večjo dovzetnost za zlome. Predstavlja najpogostejšo presnovno bolezen kosti pri odraslih po vsem svetu ter eno izmed vodilnih zdravstvenih težav pri starejših in osebah z bolezenskimi stanji, ki neugodno vplivajo na kostno presnovo. Namen: S pregledom literature želimo preučiti vpliv uporovne vadbe na kostno gostoto pri osebah z osteoporozo. Osredotočili se bomo na primerjavo učinkovitosti uporovne vadbe z drugimi vadbenimi oblikami ter analizirali, kako različni parametri uporovne vadbe, kot so intenzivnost, pogostost in trajanje, vplivajo na spremembe kostne gostote. Metoda: Literaturo smo iskali v podatkovnih bazah Google Scholar, PubMed in ProQuest. V iskanje so bili vključeni članki, objavljeni med letoma 2015 in 2025, ki so ustrezali vnaprej določenim vključitvenim kriterijem. Pridobljene podatke smo kvalitativno analizirali. Rezultati: V analizo smo vključili osem študij, ki so izpolnjevale izbrane kriterije in se vsebinsko nanašale na tematiko raziskave. Pregled je pokazal, da se pri obravnavi osteoporoze uporabljajo različni vadbeni pristopi, pri čemer se uporovna vadba dosledno izkazuje kot ena najučinkovitejših metod za povečanje kostne gostote. Razprava: Najboljši učinki na povečanje kostne gostote pri osebah z osteoporozo so bili doseženi z visokointenzivno uporovno vadbo, zlasti pri obremenitvah nad 70 % do 85 % enega ponovitvenega maksimuma (1RM).

Abstract:Theoretical Background: Osteoporosis is a chronic, systemic skeletal disease characterized by a gradual decrease in bone density and changes in the microarchitecture of bone tissue, leading to increased bone fragility and a higher risk of fractures. It is the most common metabolic bone disease in adults worldwide and represents one of the leading health issues among the elderly and individuals with conditions that negatively affect bone metabolism. Purpose: Based on a review of existing literature, the purpose is to examine the impact of resistance training on bone density in individuals with osteoporosis. The study focuses on comparing the effectiveness of resistance training with other exercise forms and analyzing how different parameters of resistance training such as intensity, frequency, and duration influence changes in bone density. Methodology: A literature search was conducted in the databases Google Scholar, PubMed, and ProQuest. The search included articles published between 2015 and 2025 that met predefined inclusion criteria. The collected data were analyzed qualitatively. Results: Eight studies that met the selection criteria and were relevant to the research topic were included in the analysis. The review revealed that various exercise approaches are used in the management of osteoporosis, with resistance training consistently emerging as one of the most effective methods for increasing bone density. Discussion: The greatest improvements in bone density among individuals with osteoporosis were observed with high-intensity resistance training, particularly with loads ranging from 70 % to 85 % of one-repetition maximum (1RM).
