Title:Percepcija zaposlenih o pomenu psihosocialnega svetovanja kot dejavniku psihološke varnosti na delovnem mestu

Abstract:Psihosocialno svetovanje predstavlja vse bolj aktualno pobudo modernih organizacij, saj odgovarja na naraščajoče potrebe po podpori v duševnem zdravju, obvladovanju stresa in krepitvi psihološke odpornosti zaposlenih. V razmerah povečanih delovnih pritiskov, negotovosti in kompleksnih odnosov na delovnem mestu postaja tovrstna podpora ključen del strateškega upravljanja s človeškimi viri. V tej raziskavi smo na vzorcu 341 delovno aktivnih zaposlenih v izbranem večjem slovenskem podjetju merili percepcijo psihosocialnega svetovanja ter ugotavljali, kako se ta povezuje z občutkom psihološke varnosti ter zaznanim zadovoljstvom in motivacijo pri delu. Raziskava, izvedena s kvantitativno metodo, je pokazala, da zaposleni psihosocialno svetovanje večinoma ocenjujejo kot dostopno, koristno, strokovno izvedeno in pomembno za dobro počutje ter delovno učinkovitost, pri čemer so svetovanju nekoliko bolj naklonjeni tisti, ki že imajo izkušnje s svetovanjem, in ženske, medtem ko starost na zaznavo nima vpliva. Med zaposlenimi smo prepoznali zmerno do visoko raven psihološke varnosti, kar pomeni, da v svojem delovnem okolju brez strahu izražajo mnenja, postavljajo vprašanja in priznavajo napake, ob tem pa dobro sodelujejo in spoštujejo prispevke drugih. Rezultati kažejo na nizko povezavo med pozitivno percepcijo svetovanja in psihološko varnostjo, kar nakazuje, da svetovanje krepi občutek varnega in odprtega delovnega okolja. Nizke, vendar dosledne pozitivne povezave so bile ugotovljene tudi med percepcijo psihosocialnega svetovanja ter zadovoljstvom in motivacijo pri delu. Raziskava tako ponuja dokaze, ki govorijo v korist temu, da so podporni mehanizmi za zaposlene učinkovita strategija, ki odgovori na potrebe posameznika v sodobnem delovnem okolju in ugodno deluje tudi na organizacijske izide.

Title:Employees' Perception of the Importance of Psychosocial Counselling as a Factor of Psychological Safety in the Workplace
Abstract:Psychosocial counseling is becoming an increasingly relevant initiative in modern organizations, as it addresses the growing need for mental health support, stress management, and the strengthening of employees’ psychological resilience. In conditions of heightened work pressures, uncertainty, and complex workplace relationships, such support is emerging as a key component of strategic human resource management. This study, conducted on a sample of 341 employees in a large Slovenian company, examined perceptions of psychosocial counseling and explored its relationship with psychological safety, as well as perceived job satisfaction and motivation. Using a quantitative research design, the study found that employees generally evaluated psychosocial counseling as accessible, useful, professionally implemented, and important for both well-being and work performance. Counseling was somewhat more positively perceived by individuals with prior counseling experience and by women, while age was not found to have an impact. The results revealed a moderate to high level of psychological safety among employees, indicating that they are able to express opinions, ask questions, and acknowledge mistakes without fear, while also engaging in effective collaboration and respecting the contributions of others. A weak positive relationship was observed between favorable perceptions of counseling and psychological safety, suggesting that counseling fosters a sense of secure and open work environments. Weak but consistent positive associations were also identified between perceptions of psychosocial counseling and both job satisfaction and motivation. These findings provide evidence that employee support mechanisms serve as an effective strategy that not only addresses individual needs in the modern workplace but also contribute positively to organizational outcomes.
