Title:ZAVEDANJE ETIČNOSTI MED ZAPOSLENIMI V SOCIALNEM VARSTVU

Abstract:Teoretična izhodišča: Zavedanje etičnosti med zaposlenimi v socialnem varstvu je večrazsežen pojav, ki se oblikuje na presečišču osebnih vrednot, profesionalnih načel in institucionalnega okolja. Razumevanje pojmovanja etičnosti, dejavnikov njenega oblikovanja ter odzivanja na neetična ravnanja je ključno za zaščito dostojanstva uporabnikov in kakovost strokovnega dela. Metode: Izveden je bil strukturiran pregled literature v obdobju 2018–2025. Iskanje je potekalo v bazah PubMed Central, ScienceDirect, SpringerLink, ProQuest, Google Scholar in COBISS, in sicer z vnaprej določenim iskalnim nizom v slovenskem in angleškem jeziku. Uporabljena so bila vključitvena in izključitvena merila ter večstopenjski postopek izbora. Od 270 pridobljenih zadetkov je bilo v končno analizo uvrščenih 17 člankov. Viri so bili razporejeni po hierarhiji dokazov, podatki pa obdelani z vsebinskim kodiranjem in tematsko sintezo. Rezultati: Najvišjo raven dokazov predstavljajo sistematični pregledi, ki etično odločanje opredeljujejo kot usklajevanje avtonomije, koristnosti in pravičnosti. Presečne in kvalitativne raziskave poudarjajo pomen etičnega vodenja, organizacijske identitete, varnih kanalov za razpravo in supervizije. Nadzor in administrativne obremenitve pa vodijo v etično otopelost. Odzivanje na neetičnost sega od molka do civilnega poguma, pri čemer je odločilna organizacijska varnost. Moralna občutljivost se kaže kot ključna pri prepoznavanju dilem in odločanju. Razprava: Etična zavest se kaže kot dinamičen proces učenja in refleksije, ki ga krepijo etično vodenje, sistematično izobraževanje, supervizija ter varni mehanizmi za prijavo. Krepitev etične kulture, ki presega formalizem in podpira civilni pogum, prispeva k višji kakovosti storitev in zaščiti pravic uporabnikov. Title:AWARENESS OF ETHICS AMONG SOCIAL CARE WORKERS
Abstract:Background: Ethical awareness among employees in social care is a multidimensional construct shaped at the intersection of personal values, professional principles and institutional settings. Understanding how ethics is perceived, which factors influence its formation and how employees respond to unethical practices is essential for safeguarding user dignity and ensuring quality professional practice. Methods: A structured literature review was conducted for the period 2018–2025. Searches were carried out in PubMed Central, ScienceDirect, SpringerLink, ProQuest, Google Scholar and COBISS, using predefined search strings in Slovene and English. Inclusion and exclusion criteria were applied, and a multi-stage selection process was followed. Of 270 records initially retrieved, 17 articles were included in the final analysis. Sources were appraised using an evidence hierarchy, and data were processed through content coding and thematic synthesis. Results: Systematic reviews at the highest level of evidence highlight ethical decision-making as balancing autonomy, beneficence and fairness. Cross-sectional and qualitative research emphasize the role of ethical leadership, organizational identity, safe channels for discussion and supervision. In contrast, control and administrative burden contribute to ethical numbness. Responses to unethical conduct vary from silence to acts of civil courage, depending largely on organizational safety. Moral sensitivity emerges as crucial in recognizing dilemmas and taking responsibility. Discussion: Ethical awareness is a dynamic process of learning and reflection. It is strengthened by ethical leadership, systematic education, supervision and safe reporting mechanisms. Building an ethical culture that transcends formalism and fosters civil courage enhances service quality and protects the rights of users.
