Title:Energetska sanacija stanovanjske stavbe v Brežicah v skoraj nič-energijsko stavbo

Abstract:Magistrsko delo obravnava energetsko sanacijo stavbe v Brežicah s ciljem preoblikovanja obstoječe stavbe v skoraj nič-energijsko stavbo, analizo osvetljenosti notranjih prostorov pred in po sanaciji in izračun finančne upravičenosti. V prvem delu so predstavljeni zakonodaja in povzetki strokovnih člankov s področij energetske sanacije, skoraj-nič energijskih stavb in finančne upravičenosti. Opisana je tudi obravnavana stavba ter metode za analizo energetske učinkovitosti, osvetljenosti in finančne smiselnosti investicije. V drugem delu so predstavljeni ukrepi za doseganje ciljev skoraj nič-energijske stavbe in predpostavljeni sta dve različici ukrepov. Analiza konstrukcijskih elementov je bila izvedena s programom KI Energija, ki je omogočila izračun gradbene fizike in preverila skladnost s kazalniki energetske učinkovitosti. Stavbo pa smo energetsko analizirali tudi s pomočjo termovizijske kamere. Finančna ocena sanacije je bila pripravljena na podlagi dejanskih računov in tabel, ki prikazujejo stroške posameznih ukrepov. Osvetljenost prostorov z dnevno svetlobo je bila analizirana s programom Velux Daylight Visualizer, kar je omogočilo oceno vpliva sanacije na naravno osvetljenost.

Title:Energy renovation of a residential building in Brežice into a nearly zero-energy building
Abstract:The master´s thesis discusses the energy renovation of a building in Brežice, with the aim of transforming the existing structure into a nearly zero-energy building. It includes an analysis of daylight conditions in indoor spaces before and after the renovation, as well as a calculation of the project´s financial feasibility. The first part presents the relevant legistation and summaries of professional articles related to energy renovation, nearly zero-energy buildings, and financial justification. It also describes the studied building and the methods used to assess its energy efficiency, daylight perfomance, and financial viability. The second part presents the proposed measures for achieving the goals of a nearly zero-energy building are presented, and two different sets of measures are considered. The analysis of construction elements was carried out using the KI Energija software, which enabled the calculation of building physics and verification of compliance with energy perfomance indicators. The building was also analyzed with a thermal imaging camera. The financial evaluation of the renovation was prepared based on actual invoices and tables showing the costs of individual measures. The daylight conditions were analyzed using the Velux Daylight Visualizer program, which made it possible to assess the impact of the renovation on natural lighting.
