Abstract:Magistrska naloga obravnava problematiko stereotipov, predsodkov in diskriminacije, ki jih zdravstveni delavci izražajo do marginaliziranih skupin, zlasti do oseb z motnjami v duševnem zdravju. Namen raziskave je bil ugotoviti stopnjo in značilnosti stigmatizacije ter diskriminacije v zdravstvu ter proučiti vpliv demografskih značilnosti zdravstvenih delavcev na njihova stališča. Ključni cilji so bili analizirati stališča do pacientov z duševnimi motnjami ter razširjenost in razloge za diskriminacijo do različnih skupin ranljivih pacientov.

Title:The presence of stereotypes and prejudices among health workers in general hospitals
Abstract:The master's thesis addresses the problem of stereotypes, prejudices, and discrimination that healthcare workers express towards marginalized groups, particularly people with mental health disorders. The purpose of the research was to determine the level and characteristics of stigmatization and discrimination in healthcare and to examine how demographic characteristics of healthcare workers influence their attitudes. The key objectives were to analyze attitudes towards patients with mental disorders and the prevalence and reasons for discrimination towards distinct groups of vulnerable patients.
