Abstract:Uvod: Parkinsonova bolezen je kronično napredujoče nevrološko stanje, za katerega so značilni motorični in nemotorični simptomi, ki vključujejo tudi skrajšano dolžino koraka. Trenutno je Parkinsonova bolezen neozdravljiva, na voljo so le pristopi, ki omogočajo lajšanje simptomov. Vključevanje robotsko asistiranih sistemov v fizioterapevtsko obravnavo omogoča nov pristop k obravnavi motenj hoje in skrajšane dolžine koraka pri pacientih s Parkinsonovo boleznijo. Namen: Namen diplomskega dela je opraviti raziskavo na hibridnem robotsko asistiranem sistemu za trening hoje HIWIN MRG-P100 ter preučiti učinek terapije na dolžino koraka pri pacientih s Parkinsonovo boleznijo. Metode: Izvedena je bila kvantitativna raziskava. Literatura je bila poiskana v podatkovnih bazah, kot so Google Scholar, PubMed, ScienceDirect, PEDro in Cobiss. Podatki, pridobljeni s testiranjem, so bili primerjani in obdelani s statističnimi metodami. Rezultati: V raziskavi je sodelovalo sedem pacientov s Parkinsonovo boleznijo. Najprej smo opravili začetne meritve dolžine koraka s testom hoje na 10 metrov s pomočjo inercijskega senzorja za analizo gibanja G-Walk, pacienti so nato opravili deset terapij na robotskem sistemu MRG P-100, po katerih smo opravili končne meritve dolžine koraka. Rezultati so pokazali, da se povprečna dolžina koraka ni statistično značilno skrajšala. Zaključek: Na podlagi naše raziskave smo ugotovili, da robotsko asistirani sistemi nimajo statistično značilnega učinka na povprečno dolžino koraka pri pacientih s Parkinsonovo boleznijo.

Abstract:Introduction: Parkinson's disease is a chronic, progressive neurological condition characterized by both motor and non-motor symptoms, including a shortened stride length. Currently, there is no cure for Parkinsons's disease, only methods to relief the symptoms are available. The integration of robot-assisted systems into physiotherapy provides a novel approach to addressing gait impairments and shortened stride length in patients with Parkinson's disease. Purpose: The purpose of this thesis is to conduct a study on the hybrid robot-assisted gait training system HIWIN MRG-P100, examining its impact on stride length in patients with Parkinson's disease. Methods: A quantitative research study was conducted. Literature was sourced from databases such as Google Scholar, PubMed, ScienceDirect, PEDro and Cobiss. Data obtained through testing was compared and analyzed using statistical methods. Results: The study included 7 patients with Parkinson's disease. Initial stride length measurements were conducted using a 10-meter walk test with the G-Walk inertial motion analysis sensor, the patients then underwent 10 therapy sessions using the MRG-P100 robotic system, after which the final stride length measurements were taken. The results showed that the average stride length decreased, but the change was not statistically significant. Conclusion: Based on the results, it was determined that robot-assisted systems have no significant effect on the average stride length in patients with Parkinson's disease.
