Title:Učinkovitost razteznih vaj proti simptomom primarne dismenoreje : pregled literature

Abstract:Uvod: Primarna dismenoreja (PD) je boleče krčenje maternice, ki nastane zaradi povišane ravni prostaglandinov in levkotriena, pri čemer inflamacija maternične sluznice povzroči kontraktilnost maternice in bolečine v obliki krčev. Je najpogostejša ginekološka motnja, ki ima negativne vplive na kakovost življenja žensk ter ostaja premalo diagnosticirana, zdravljena in pogosto podcenjena motnja, saj jo večina žensk jemlje kot normalno stanje med svojim menstrualnim ciklom. Namen: S pomočjo strokovne literature raziskati učinkovitost razteznih vaj na simptome PD in predstaviti najbolj uporabne in učinkovite vadbene programe raztezanja za zmanjšanje simptomov PD. Metodologija: Uporabili smo kvalitativno metodologijo pregleda literature domačih ter tujih avtorjev in njihovih raziskav. S ključnimi besedami smo poiskali literaturo v podatkovnih bazah Google Scholar, Pub Med, Science Direct, ProQuest in PEDro. Te zadetke smo pregledali s pomočjo PRISMA diagrama, jih proučili in na podlagi vključitvenih in izključitvenih kriterijev pridobili 8 člankov. Za končno analizo člankov smo prikazali njihove ključne podatke in jih nato s tehniko kategorij in kod še sistematično razvrstili glede na njihova ključna spoznanja. Rezultati: 7 člankov je potrdilo pozitiven učinek razteznih vaj na simptome PD, zlasti na menstrualno bolečino. Rezultati teh raziskav so dokazali, da raztezne vaje zmanjšujejo intenzivnost in trajanje bolečine ter olajšajo druge fizične in psihološke simptome, ki lahko spremljajo PD. Razprava: Vaje za raztezanje so učinkovita metoda za lajšanje neprijetnih simptomov PD. Predstavljajo enostaven način zdravljenja, ki ne zahteva mnogo časa za izvedbo in nima negativnih stranskih učinkov, za razliko od farmakološke terapije. Zaključek: Raztezne vaje so učinkovita metoda lajšanja menstrualne bolečine in simptomov PD.

Abstract:Introduction: Primary dysmenorrhea (PD) is a painful uterine contraction caused by elevated levels of prostaglandins and leukotrienes, whereby inflammation of the uterine lining causes uterine contractility and cramping pain. It is the most common gynecological disorder that negatively impacts women's quality of life and remains an underdiagnosed, undertreated and often underestimated disorder, as most women mistake it as a normal condition during their menstrual cycle. Purpose: Using professional literature, to investigate the effectiveness of stretching exercises on PD symptoms and to present the most useful and effective stretching exercise programs for reducing PD symptoms. Methodology: We used a qualitative methodology of reviewing the literature of domestic and foreign authors and their research. We searched the literature in the Google Scholar, Pub Med, Science Direct, ProQuest and PEDro databases using keywords. We screened these results using the PRISMA diagram, examined them and obtained 8 articles based on the inclusion and exclusion criteria. For the final analysis of the articles, we presented their key data and then systematically classified them according to their key findings using the category and code technique. Results: 7 articles confirmed the positive effect of stretching exercises on PD symptoms, especially menstrual pain. The results of these studies demonstrated that stretching exercises reduce the intensity and duration of pain and alleviate other physical and psychological symptoms that may accompany PD. Discussion: Stretching exercises are an effective method for relieving unpleasant symptoms of PD. They represent a simple treatment method that does not require much time to perform and does not have negative side effects, unlike pharmacological therapy. Conclusion: Stretching exercises are an effective method for relieving menstrual pain and PD symptoms.
