Title:Odnos zaposlenih do digitalizacije v izbranem zdravstvenem domu Ljubljana

Abstract:Magistrska naloga obravnava odnos zaposlenih do digitalizacije v izbranem zdravstvenem domu, s poudarkom na izzivih in priložnostih, ki jih prinaša uvajanje novih tehnologij v zdravstveno prakso. Digitalna transformacija predstavlja eno ključnih usmeritev sodobnega zdravstva, saj omogoča večjo učinkovitost, preglednost procesov in kakovostnejšo oskrbo pacientov. Aktualnost raziskave temelji na dejstvu, da digitalizacija pomembno spreminja organizacijo dela ter vpliva na zadovoljstvo in pripravljenost zaposlenih, ki so ključni dejavnik uspešne implementacije. Raziskava je bila izvedena z mešanim raziskovalnim pristopom, ki je vključeval kvalitativne intervjuje in kvantitativno anketiranje. Rezultati so pokazali, da zaposleni prepoznavajo številne prednosti digitalizacije, vendar ob tem izražajo tudi skrb zaradi pomanjkanja znanja, usposabljanja in tehnične podpore. Največjo oviro predstavlja pomanjkanje sistematičnega izobraževanja, ki vodi v odpor in negotovost. Ugotovljeno je bilo, da redna, praktično usmerjena usposabljanja pomembno krepijo samozavest zaposlenih in zmanjšujejo stres pri uporabi novih tehnologij. Prav tako so zaposleni izrazili potrebo po stalno dostopni IT-podpori ter večjem vključevanju v proces načrtovanja in uvajanja sprememb, saj to povečuje občutek lastništva nad uvedenimi rešitvami. Poleg tehničnih vidikov je raziskava pokazala tudi pomen ohranjanja medosebnih odnosov, saj digitalizacija pogosto vodi v zmanjšanje osebnih stikov. Zato je nujno, da se digitalne rešitve dopolnjujejo s programi za krepitev timskega sodelovanja in pozitivne organizacijske klime. Sklepno lahko ugotovimo, da je digitalna transformacija v zdravstvu uspešna le, če se obravnava kot dolgoročen in strateško načrtovan proces, ki združuje tehnološki napredek z aktivnim vključevanjem zaposlenih ter zagotavljanjem stalne podpore in izobraževanja.

Title:Attitude of Employees towards Digitalization in Healthcare Center Ljubljana (ZDLJ)
Abstract:The master’s thesis examines employees’ attitudes towards digitalization in a selected Healthcare Center, focusing on the challenges and opportunities associated with the introduction of new technologies into healthcare practice. Digital transformation represents one of the key directions of modern healthcare, as it enables greater efficiency, more transparent processes, and improved patient care. The relevance of the research lies in the fact that digitalization significantly changes work organization and affects employee satisfaction and readiness, which are crucial factors for successful implementation. The research was conducted using a mixed-methods approach, combining qualitative interviews and quantitative surveys. The results revealed that employees recognize numerous advantages of digitalization, but at the same time express concerns regarding the lack of knowledge, training, and technical support. The greatest obstacle identified is the absence of systematic training, which leads to resistance and uncertainty. It was found that regular, practice-oriented training significantly enhances employees’ self-confidence and reduces stress in the use of new technologies. Furthermore, employees highlighted the need for constantly available IT support and for greater involvement in the planning and implementation of changes, as this increases their sense of ownership over newly introduced solutions. In addition to the technical aspects, the research also highlighted the importance of maintaining interpersonal relationships, as digitalization often leads to reduced personal contact. Therefore, it is essential that digital solutions are complemented by programs aimed at strengthening teamwork and fostering a positive organizational climate. In conclusion, digital transformation in healthcare can only be successful if it is approached as a long-term and strategically planned process that combines technological progress with active employee involvement, as well as the provision of continuous support and education.
