Vsaka izmed njih pa ima določene prednosti in slabosti. Najbolj priljubljene oblike financiranja, ki jih najdemo, so finančni in operativni najem ter posojilo. Stranke v današnjem času niso več tako zelo obremenjene z lastništvom kot pred leti, večjo pozornost namenjajo drugim dejavnikom, s tem pa je najem kot vir financiranja postal najbolj priljubljena oblika financiranja. Diplomsko delo podrobneje predstavlja oblike financiranja, ki jih danes najdemo med ponudniki finančnih storitev v Sloveniji – posojilo ali najem. Zaradi lažje preglednosti je naloga razdeljena na dva dela, in sicer je najprej teoretični del, v katerem so predstavljene definicije in pojmi. Sledi pa mu praktični del, ki predstavlja izkušnje enega izmed številnih podjetij, prisotnih na slovenskem trgu, njegova dejavnost pa je financiranje vozil. Predstavljeni so postopki pridobitve financiranja, sankcije v primeru izterjave dolga in tudi informativni izračuni posameznih oblik financiranja. Title:	Vehicle financing - loan or financial leasing from the perspective of company Jolanda d.o.o.
Abstract:	Financial service providers in Slovenia, offers various forms of financing under different conditions. Each of them has certain advantages and disadvantages. The most popular forms of financing, which is the financial and operational lease and loan. Customers nowadays are no longer so much attached with ownership as a few years ago, pay more attention to other factors, this could rent as a source of financing has become the most popular form of financing. The thesis presents in detail the forms of funding, which today can be found among financial service providers in Slovenia - a loan or lease. In order to facilitate transparency is divided into two parts, first the theoretical part which outlines the definitions and concepts. Followed by a practical part, which represents the experience of one of the many companies present on the Slovenian market, which activity is financing vehicles. Presented are methods of obtaining financing, sanctions in case of debt collection as well as informative calculations of individual forms of financing.
