Abstract:V diplomskem delu je predstavljeno podjetje NANO inženiring d.o.o. ter njegova širitev na hrvaški trg. Podjetje je bilo ustanovljeno leta 2015 med študijem ustanoviteljev na GEA College – Fakulteti za podjetništvo. V nekaj več kot dveh letih poslovanja je prodaja podjetja na slovenskem trgu konstantno rasla, zdaj pa bo podjetje svoje poslovanje razširilo še na hrvaški trg. Obravnavano podjetje se po SKD uvršča med G46.180 Specializirano posredništvo pri prodaji drugih določenih izdelkov. Glavna dejavnost podjetja je prodaja izdelkov blagovne znamke NANOPROTECH, kamor se uvrščajo izdelki za zaščito kovin proti koroziji, električni tekoči izolatorji ter mazivna sredstva. Izdelava s pomočjo nanotehnologije jim omogoča najvišjo stopnjo kvalitete. Široka paleta izdelkov je namenjena različnim kupcem, ki so natančno opisani v diplomskem delu. Prednosti podjetja so najvišja kakovost izdelkov, fleksibilnost ter hitra odzivnost. Za svoje kupce izvajamo tudi strokovno svetovanje o izbiri ter uporabi izdelkov. Trenutno izdelke NANOPROTECH prodajamo na več kot 250 različnih prodajnih mestih v Sloveniji, v drugi polovici leta 2017 pa bomo svoje poslovanje širili tudi na hrvaški trg, kar je podrobno opisano v diplomskem delu.

Title:EXPANSION OF THE COMPANY NANO INZENIRING D.O.O.TO THE CROATIAN MARKET
Abstract:This thesis presents the company NANO inženiring d.o.o.. and its expansion on the Croatian market. The company was founded in 2015 during the study of the founders at GEA College - Faculty of Entrepreneurship. In little more than two years of operation, sales of the company on the territory of Slovenia grew constantly, but now the company will expand its operations also to the Croatian market. Regarding to the standard classification of activities the company ranks among G46.180 Agents specialized in the sales of other particular products. The main activity of the company is representing and selling of brand products NANOPROTECH. This brand involves products for the protection of metals against corrosion, electrical insulators and lubricating liquid assets. Poduction of the products is based on a nanotechnology, which enables them the highest level of quality A wide range of products in used by various customers and consumers who are described in details in the thesis. Advantages of the company are the highest quality products, flexibility and prompt response. For our customers we also carry out expert advice on the selection and use of products. NANOPROTECH products are currently being sold at more than 250 retail locations in Slovenia; in the second half of 2017 the company will expand its operations to the Croatian market, which is subject of the thesis.
