Title:Ovire za nadaljnjo rast družinskega podjetja

Abstract:V današnjem svetu imajo mala in srednje velika podjetja, ki so v večini družinska podjetja, velik pomen za družbo in gospodarstvo. Pomembno je, da razumemo, kaj je družinsko podjetništvo, kakšne so prednosti in slabosti družinskega podjetništva ter s kakšnimi ovirami se takšna podjetja srečujejo pri poslovanju in rasti ter nasledstvu podjetja. Družinsko podjetje lahko opredelimo kot samostojno gospodarsko enoto, ki izvršuje in uresničuje določene naloge na svojem področju in katere člane zraven dela vežejo tudi sorodstvene vezi. Ključno vlogo v smislu vodenja, predstavljanja in razvoja take vrste podjetja igrajo ustanovitelji, hčere in sinovi in priženjeni družinski člani. Problematičnost družinskih podjetij se kljub temu, da so takšna podjetja ena izmed temeljnih oblik podjetništva, ki prispevajo k socialni rasti in ekonomiji države, najbolj kaže v tem, da je njihova življenjska doba izredno kratka. Kako torej strateško vplivati na rast podjetja in zagotoviti primerno nasledstvo in kateri so že znani inhibitorji rasti družinskih podjetij? V diplomskem delu vključujemo tudi študijo primera družinskega podjetja, ki je opravilo proces nasledstva in se srečuje z novimi izzivi in ovirami v povezavi z razvojem in rastjo samega podjetja. V sestavku smo z analizo in identifikacijo ovir pri nasledstvu in nadaljnji rasti podjetja razčlenjeno predstavili poslovanje in možne težave ter nato predlagali ugodne rešitve in preventivne ukrepe za izboljšanje poslovanja družinskega podjetja.

Abstract:In today's world, small and medium-sized enterprises, most of which are family businesses, are very important for society and for economy. Therefore, it is important to understand what is a family business, what are the advantages and disadvantages of family business and what kind of obstacles family businesses face in daily operations, growth and succession processes. A family business can be defined as an independent economic unit that executes and implements certain tasks in their field and whose members work in addition to bind the family ties. A key role in terms of management, presentation and development of such types of enterprises play founders, daughters and sons and their spouses. The problems of family firms, despite the fact that such companies are one of the fundamental forms of entrepreneurship that contribute to social growth and the economy of the countries, is thatcompanies' life cycles are short. So how do we strategically influence the growth of the company and ensure appropriate succession and which are known inhibitors of the growth of family businesses? The thesis includes a case study of a family business that has undertaken the process of succession and is facing new challenges and obstacles related to the development and growth of the company itself. In the thesisweanalyse and identify the obstacles to the succession process and the continued growth of the company. We analyse business operations and identifypotential difficulties and basedon tat we develop effective solutions and preventive measures to improve the operations of the family business.
