Title:Poslovni načrt za ustanovitev podjetja Kikos, s. p.

Abstract:V diplomskem delu obravnavam poslovni načrt novoustanovljenega podjetja Kikos, s.p. Podjetje se bo ukvarjalo s trgovino na drobno, tržilo pa bo izključno kozmetične proizvode svetovno znane blagovne znamke KIKO MILANO. Cilj diplomskega dela je oceniti izvedljivost investicije v načrtovano dejavnost podjetja in potencialni uspeh realizacije poslovne ideje. Diplomsko delo zajema dvanajst poglavij. V prvih treh poglavjih sem predstavila blagovno znamko KIKO MILANO in njen poslovni model ter podjetje Kikos, s.p., nato pa opisala njihove proizvode in analizirala panogo. V četrtem poglavju sem proučila tržno raziskavo in izdelala marketinški načrt. Raziskava vsebuje analizo povpraševanja, dobaviteljev in konkurence, ki sem jih primerjala; marketinški načrt pa obsega SWOT-analizo, tržne cilje in tržne strategije. V petem in šestem poglavju sem načrtovala razvoj podjetja in programov, opredelila lokacijo, potrebne stroje in opremo, predstavila organizacijo podjetja, lastništvo in notranje procese. V sedmem poglavju sem predstavila možna tveganja; v osmem poglavju na podlagi predpostavk izdelala finančne projekcije od izkazov stanja, izkazov poslovnega izida, izkazov denarnega toka do kazalnikov uspešnosti in učinkovitosti poslovanja. Deveto poglavje je terminski načrt. V desetem poglavju sem navedla oceno izvedljivosti načrtov, ki sem jih obravnavala skozi ves poslovni načrt. Po končani analizi ugotavljam, da je investicija v znesku 21.600 EUR izvedljiva in zagotavlja kakovostno podlago za zagon in uspešno poslovanje podjetja v načrtovanem obdobju. Investicijo bom financirala z lastnimi sredstvi. Načrtovani prihodki v tem obdobju presegajo načrtovane odhodke povprečno za 8%, stopnja donosa vloženih sredstev (ROA) je 66-odstotna, stopnja donosa vloženega kapitala (ROE) pa je 43-odstotna.

Abstract:The diploma thesis presents the business plan for the newly founded Kikos sole proprietor company. The company's line of business is retail and exclusive marketing of the global cosmetics brand KIKO MILANO. The aim of the thesis is to give an estimation on the feasibility of investment into the planned business activity and the potential for success of the business idea. The thesis consists of twelve chapters and the three opening chapters are dedicated to presenting the KIKO MILANO brand and the business model of the new company Kikos sole proprietor. The brand’s products and business branch are also described in the opening chapters. Chapter four contains a marketing survey and marketing plan. The survey is an analysis and comparison of demand, suppliers and competition, whereas the marketing plan consists of the SWOT analysis, marketing goals and strategies. The foreseen development of the company and business programmes are presented in chapters five and six, as is the location, the necessary machinery, equipment, as well as the company’s organisation, ownership and internal processes. Chapter seven offers an insight into possible risks, while chapter eight presents financial projections in the form of balance sheets, income statements,the cash flow, performance indicators and business performance, established on the basis of predictions. The time schedule is presented in chapter nine. The author gives an estimate on feasibility of analysed plans throughout the business plan in chapter ten. The thesis conclusion is that the investment in the amount of 21.600 EUR is feasible and provides a solid basis for launching and successful operation of the company in the given period. Investment is to be financed with private funding. The planned income is to exceed the planned expenses by an average of 8%, the calculated return on invested assets is 66 percent, while the return on equity reaches 43 percent.
