Title:Poslovni načrt rasti podjetja Zasebna fizioterapija Trček, s. p.

Abstract:Poslovni načrt je najpomembnejši dokument, ki ga podjetnik pripravi za preverjanje vseh elementov bodočega podjetja, je uradna izjava poslovnih ciljev. V svojem diplomskem delu sem obravnavala podjetje Zasebna fizioterapija Trček, s. p., ki se ukvarja s fizioterapijo, in sicer z vzpostavljanjem zdravja, njegovim vzdrževanjem in krepitvijo. Pri fizioterapiji se za dosego cilja uporabljajo različne tehnike in metode, ki želijo čim prej odpraviti poškodbo ali zmanjšati vpliv bolezni. Poslovni načrt je narejen za širjene podjetja, in sicer za uvedbo nove storitve, kot je terapija z udarnimi valovi. Leta 2007 je na javnem razpisu dobilo nepovratna evropska sredstva, s katerim so kupili nove in sodobne aparate. Leto pozneje so se iz občine Šmartno pri Litiji preselili v nove in večje prostore v občino Litijo. Kljub kriznem obdobju, ki ga doživljamo, ima podjetje še vedno različne možnosti za rast. V diplomskem delu sem se osredotočila na načrtovanje rasti, ki jo lahko podjetje doseže v prihodnjih letih. V ta namen sem podrobno analizirala trg in konkurenco ter dosedanje poslovanje podjetja. Analiza tržišča kaže, da lahko podjetje dosega zadostno konkurenčno prednost in tako ustvari želen dobiček. Za slednjega lahko predvidevam, da bo konec prvega poslovnega leta znašal 14.480 EUR. Ker je podjetje dinamično in usmerjeno v rast, upam, da bo že konec drugega poslovnega leta dobiček znašal 14.821 EUR. Z dobrim poslovanjem se bo ta povečeval in po treh letih znašal 15.687 EUR. Glede na demografsko gibanje v Sloveniji, s katerim se prebivalstvo stara, bo vedno več povpraševanja po storitvah fizioterapije. Podjetju predlagam, da se odloči za diverzificirano rast, ki bi pomenila ohranitev obstoječe dejavnosti in uvedbo nove dejavnosti – terapije z udarnimi valovi. Cilj diplomskega dela je bil identificirati poslovne priložnosti in sposobnosti podjetja za nadaljnjo rast ter pokazati, kam, v kolikšnem času in s kakšnimi rezultati bo podjetje razširilo poslovanje.

Abstract:A business plan is the most important document an entrepreneur can use for checking all the elements of the future company and officially state the main business goals. This thesis deals with the company Zasebna fizioterapija Trček s.p., which operates in the field of physical therapy, i.e. restoring, preserving and improving people's health. Physical therapy relies on various techniques and methods to treat injuries as soon as possible or reduce the impact of a disease. The goal of a business plan is to expand the company by introducing a new service, in this case shockwave therapy. In 2007 the company received EU funding and purchased modern equipment. One year later it moved from the municipality of Šmartno Pri Litiji to new, larger premises in the municipality of Litija. Despite the economic crisis, the company still has plenty of opportunities for growth. To this end, this thesis focuses on planning the potential growth in the coming years through a detailed analysis of the market, the competition and the company's business operation to date. The market analysis suggests that the company boasts a sufficient competitive advantage to generate profit, which could amount to € 14,480 by the end of the first financial year. The company is very dynamic and growth-oriented, which is why it is reasonable to believe that its profit could grow to € 14,821 by the end of the second financial year. This trend could continue in the third financial year and yield € 15,687 of profit. Considering the ageing population in Slovenia, physical therapy services will be increasingly popular. Our suggestion is to pursue a diversification strategy, which means keeping the existing activities and introducing a new one, i.e. shockwave therapy. The purpose of the thesis was to identify the business opportunities and capabilities of the company for future growth and envisage its business result as it expands its business.
