Title:Motivacija in zadovoljstvo zaposlenih : vpliv na kakovost storitev na Upravni enoti Trebnje

Abstract:V današnjem času je raziskovanje zadovoljstva in motivacije zaposlenih čedalje bolj pomembno področje, saj le zadovoljen in motiviran zaposleni pozitivno prispeva k uresničevanju ciljev organizacije. Menim, da gre za izredno pomembno in hkrati zelo občutljivo temo. Poudariti želim pomembnost menedžmenta človeških virov in posebnosti javnega sektorja na tem področju. V svojem magistrskem delu se bom osredotočila na zadovoljstvo in motivacijo zaposlenih v javni upravi, bolj podrobno se bom osredotočila na zadovoljstvo in motivacijo zaposlenih na Upravni enoti Trebnje, ki je na tem področju v zadnjih letih zelo uspešna. Upravna enota Trebnje se mi zdi primerna upravna enota, saj bo letos že enajsto leto zapored izvajala anketiranje zaposlenih o njihovem delu oz. zadovoljstvu z zaposlitvijo na upravni enoti. Dosedanji rezultati kažejo, da je rezultat zadovoljstva zaposlenih posledica prispevka vodstva in vseh zaposlenih k vrednotam sodobne javne uprave, ki jo skupaj razvijajo z uporabo različnih sistemov, orodij in modelov. Pri tem pa kot najpomembnejši element dodane vrednosti kvalitetnemu delovanju prepoznajo v vseh zaposlenih, ki s svojo etično, kulturno in karierno naravnanostjo sledijo tem ciljem. Da organizacija dosega zastavljene cilje, mora zagotoviti kvalitetno vodenje na vseh ravneh. Z dobrim vodenjem se zagotovi visoka stopnja motiviranosti zaposlenih. Z motiviranostjo zaposlenih se izboljšujejo delovni rezultati zaposlenih (izboljšanje kakovosti upravnih storitev, izboljšanje učinkovitosti ...), hkrati pa se povečuje zadovoljstvo zaposlenih. Ustrezno ravnanje z ljudmi pri delu postaja ključ do uspeha vsake organizacije. Dobra organizacijska klima in zadovoljstvo zaposlenih imata neposreden vpliv na ključne elemente uspešnosti in učinkovitosti organizacije.

Abstract:Nowadays, researching satisfaction and motivation of employees is increasingly important area. Namely, only satisfied and motivated employees positively contribute to realisation of organisational goals. I think, that this topic is very important and at the same time very sensitive. I want to stress importance of human resources management and peculiarities of a public sector in this area. In my master thesis I will focus on satisfaction and motivation of employees in a public administration, while my detailed attention will be paid to satisfaction and motivation of employees in the Administrative unit Trebnje, which is very successful in this aspect over the last few years. By my opinion the Administrative unit Trebnje is a suitable example, because it will perform interviewing its employees with regard to their work and their satisfaction with their job in the administrative unit for the eleventh consecutive year. The results so far indicate, that satisfaction of employees could be a consequence of contribution of the leadership and all employees to values of a modern public administration. They evolve the latter with usage of various systems, tools and models. However, as the most important element of added value to quality of performance are recognised employees who follow the set goals with their ethical, cultural and career attitude. Additionally, for achieving the set goals organisation needs to ensure quality leadership on all levels. Namely, a good leadership is a guarantor of a high degree of motivation of employees. Consequently, working results of employees improve (e.g. better quality of administrative services, improved efficiency, etc.), what concurrently leads to enhanced satisfaction of employees. So, adequate managing people at work is becoming a key to success of every organisation. Good organisational atmosphere and satisfaction of employees have a direct impact on crucial elements of organisational success and effectiveness.
