Je osnovno vodilo vsakega podjetja v obliki pisnega dokumenta, v katerem podjetnik jasno opredeli poslovne cilje in strategije za dosego ciljev. Podjetje Aleator d.o.o. se zaveda, da je skrbno planiranje ključ do uspešnega poslovanja. Ob kopici idej in taktik s ciljem najbolj optimalnega delovanja pa mora podjetje poleg vseh navdihov v glavah vodilnih v podjetju preučiti še druge pasti in priložnosti, ki jih kasneje nepričakovano najdemo pri poslovanju. Poslovni načrt podjetja Aleator d.o.o. vsebuje vse elemente preverjanja rasti in strategije rasti podjetja, od vizije in ciljev, raziskave trgov, razvoja in marketinga ter splošne organizacije do simuliranih finančnih izkazov. Poslovni načrt je izdelan na podlagi realnih podatkov in bo v praksi uporaben. Navedene projekcije so cilji do poslovnega leta 2020. Abstract:	Business plan is in advance inspected strategy of how to win in spite of increasing keen competition. It is the ground guidance of any company in written form, where the businessman clarifies his goals in particular and clearly sets business goals and strategies for achieving these goals. Company Aleator d.o.o. is aware of the fact that careful planning is the key to successful business. With a great deal of ideas and tactics for reaching the most effective operations, the company must also explore other traps and opportunities which are going to be unexpectedly found later in carrying on the business. The business plan of Aleator d.o.o. contains all elements of checking their strategy, from the vision and goals, market research, development and marketing and general organization to the simulated accounting statements. It is made on the grounds of actual data and it will be used in practice. Financial projections are goals until the business year 2020.
