Title:	Challenges of property registration and rights of ownership property in the Mitrovica municipality
Abstract:	Property and property registration has been a challenge for cadastral units in almost all of Kosovo's territory. The causes are different, but one of the main reasons for almost all the units remains the lack of documentation or rather the inability to access them because a significant part has beenconfiscated by the Serbian regime.With these issues, the cadastre in Mitrovica has also faced. Reconstruction of cadastral information has been a separate challenge for municipal cadastral office officials (MCOs), since immovable property transactions by the Serb community were banned during the 1998-1999 occupation period.Reconstruction of cadastral information began with the decision of the Government. This decision was preceded by an assessment of factors bythe Municipal Cadastral Agenc(AMK) and the Municipal Cadastral Office (MCO).Registracija nepremičnin in nepremičnin je bila izziv za katastrske enote na skoraj celotnem ozemlju Kosova. Vzroki so drugačni, vendar je eden glavnih razlogov za skoraj vse enote še vedno pomanjkanje dokumentacije oziroma neuspeh pri dostopu do njih, ker je srbski režim odvzel precejšen del.S temi vprašanji se je soočil tudi kataster v Mitrovici. Obnovitev katastrskih informacij je bil poseben izziv za uradnike občinskih katastrskih uradov (MKO), ker so nepremičninske transakcije srbske skupnosti prepovedane med poklicnim obdobjem 1998-1999.Rekonstrukcija katastrskih informacij se je začela z odločitvijo vlade. Ta odločitev je pred oceni dejavnikov, ki jih opravita občinska katastarska agencija (AMK) in občinski katastrski urad (MKO).
