Title:Zagotavljanje pravnega varstva turističnih potnikov na področju Republike Slovenije : magistrsko delo

Abstract:V sodobnem svetu morajo biti podjetja zelo pozorna na to, kako bodo nastopila na trgu in postala najboljša. Glede na močno konkurenco je potrebno pazljivo izpeljati prav vsako dejavnost. Ena izmed teh je tudi uspešno reševanje reklamacij, katerih predstavitev je bila glavni namen moje magistrske naloge, ki je razdeljena na dva dela in temelji na pravnem področju reševanja reklamacij.V teoretičnem delu je predstavljen turizem in njegova povezava z zadovoljstvom. Prav tako je predstavljen potrošnik in njegov odnos s podjetjem. V praktičnem delu sem poleg analize reklamacij in najpogostejših vzrokov zanje, predstavila tudi primere upravičene in neupravičene reklamacije. Navedena so nekatera dejstva, po katerih je upravičenost reklamacije prepoznavna. V nalogi je prikazan tudi postopek reševanja reklamacij.

Abstract:In modern world companies must be very careful about how they appear and become the best in the market. According to competition every action must be realized attentively. One of the important actions is solving claims, which is the priority theme of my thesis that is classified in two parts and is founded on juridical basis. The theoretical part includes the introduction of tourism and its connection to satisfaction of tourist. Also the consumer and consumer's relation to the company are presented. In the practical part I have presented the analysis of the claims, the most continual causes for claims and two examples; one is a justified claim and the other example is an unjustified claim. I have stated some facts that justify the claim and the procedure of solving a claim.
