Abstract:Pravičnost je osnovna vrlina družbenih institucij v sodobnih demokratičnih družbah.

Abstract:In contemporary democratic societies, equity is the basic virtue of social institutions. In this respect, legislative and judicial institutions play a key role, and each individual who respects human rights, solidarity, the rule of law, and a real dialogue - which is, in fact, the expression of experiential solidarity - is responsible for the state of law in the society.Common good is a good created in solidary communities, and the good of each individual can only be good if, at the same time, it also coincides with the common good. The path to sustainable development involves working on the added value of reciprocity, dialogue, and solidarity, which also involves the construction of contributory justice. In this respect, emotional intelligence is also an essential social skill, the basis of good cooperation, and, consequently, the basis of an effective community or the future of a given country. Only free, responsible, and independent people who enjoy the same possibilities can contribute to social progress. Because justice is a factor of social integration, all citizens must be equal before the law and must strictly comply with the legal order.
