Abstract:Živimo v informacijski dobi, ko lahko z enim klikom dosežemo kar koli hočemo.

Abstract:We live in an information age where we can achieve anything we want with a single click. Soon it will become all electronically. In society new areas constantly appear on which the computerization extends. Her driving forces on one hand are individuals and companies who see an economic opportunity in it, on the other hand are users who strive to facilitate the work of the media. This process is not limited only to economic activities, but also concerns the public administration and education. Since I am a teacher and a class teacher, I meet once a month at regular office hours with the parents of my students. Given that over the last few years most of us are becoming increasingly busy, it happens that most parents are no longer coming to office hours. With the introduction of new communication channels in education, specifically with e-grade book the bond between parents, students and school should become stronger. Educational process requires continuous development of teachers, parents and students. To ensure the best possible communication and monitoring students' progress, some schools decided to introduce e-grade book, so that parents, students, teachers and others involved in educational process, allow faster communication on the progress performance of students in different fields. At the same time, the school with this service will become more competitive because enrollment in secondary vocational schools in Slovenia has been falling, and certainly this could be one of the positive gains for individual school. Wanted or not, one is for sure, electronic communication has become part of everyday life. Tables with ink tanks are in museums, but instead of that, gray screen are “staring” at us.
