Title:Analiza in uspešni modeli šolskih spletnih portalov : magistrska naloga

Abstract:Informacijska doba je vnesla korenite spremembe tudi v šolski sistem tako na področje poučevanja in učenja kot na področje komunikacije. Temeljni cilj šol današnjega časa je uresničevanje kurikularne prenove s tem, da dijake usposobimo za iskanje informacij, katere so sposobni povezati v smiselno celoto in jih uporabiti v praksi. Šolski spletni portali omogočajo udejanjenje tega cilja. Prvi del magistrske naloge predstavlja pojme, kateri okarakterizirajo kakovost srednješolskih spletnih portalov: zadovoljstvo uporabnikov, uporabnost, funkcionalnost in omogočanje e-izobraževanja. Teoretična spoznanja podkrepi raziskava zadovoljstva uporabnikov spletnih portalov. Vse skupine uporabnikov zadovoljstvo, funkcionalnost in uporabnost gledajo skozi vsebinsko dovršenost vključno z izpolnjenimi pogoji e-izobraževanja. Prikazani rezultati raziskave ter primerjava izbranih spletnih portalov slovenskih srednjih šol s spletnimi portali srednjih šol Estonije in Avstralije dajejo podlago za zaključek naloge, ki predstavlja predlog za oblikovanje spletnega portala srednjih šol v Sloveniji ter predlog šolske e-politike, ki bi povečala zadovoljstvo uporabnikov.

Abstract:The information age has introduced radical changes in the school system on teaching and learning area and also in the communications sector. The fundamental goal of schools today is the realisation of curricular reform to train the students to search for information, connect them in a meaningful whole and use them in practice. School Web portals allow actualizing this goal. The first part of a Master thesis presents the concepts, which characterize the quality of secondary education web portals: users’ satisfaction, usefulness, functionality and possibility of e-learning. Theoretical findings substantiate the satisfaction survey of users of online portals. All groups of users define satisfaction, functionality and usefulness based on content completeness including e - learning. The results of the survey and the comparison of selected web portals of Slovenian secondary schools with web portals of Estonian and Australian secondary schools are the basis for the closure of the Master thesis, which is also a proposal to create a web portal of secondary schools in Slovenia and school e-policy which could increase users’ satisfaction.
