| Opis: | Emotional Intelligence has gained an increased attention the latter years, since it has appeared to have a positive link with the job performance. There is not much empirical research that confirms the impact that emotional intelligence has on the performance of the real estate agents. The aim of this study is to explore the effect that emotional intelligence has on the performance of real estate agents. More specifically, the study investigates the relationship of each skill of emotional intelligence with the real estate agent's performance. The findings of this study indicate that emotional intelligence has a significant impact on job performance of the real estate agents, also that there is a positive relationship between the performance and the skills of emotional intelligence. |
