Abstract:	Diplomska naloga obravnava prakso upravnih organov kot vir upravnega prava. Opisuje razliko med pravnimi viri in viri prava, ter kako se viri upravnega prava razlikujejo od virov prava nasploh. Natančno obravnava vire prava v rimsko-germanski pravni družini. Obravnava problem pravne prakse kot formalnega pravnega vira v kontinentalnem pravnem sistemu. V nekaj besedah je tudi opisana sodna praksa v anglo-ameriškem pravnem sistemu. Predstavljeni so upravni organi in najpomembnejši akti, ki jih ti izdajajo. Opisani so primeri prakse upravnih organov, ter kako je ta vir upravnega prava. Predstavljeni so moji sklepi o praksi upravnih organov kot vira upravnega prava in moja razmišljanja o sodni praksi kot formalnem viru prava.

Abstract:	This thesis aims to further our understanding of the practice of administrative authorities as a source of administrative law. It outlines the difference between the legal sources and sources of the law and the distinguishment between sources of administrative law and sources of the law in general. The thesis specifically addresses sources of the law in the Civil (Romano-Germanic) Law. It pays attention to the problem of the legal practice as a formal legal source in the continental legal system. A few words are also devoted to the case-law in the Anglo-American legal system. The thesis presents administrative authorities and the most important acts, issued by the latter. Examples of administrative authorities' practices and their status as a source of administrative law are outlined as well. Finally, my conclusions in regard to the practice of administrative authorities as a source of administrative law as well as my thoughts on the case-law as a formal source of law are put forward as well.
