Abstract:V diplomski nalogi smo opisali poslovno-informacijske rešitve, ki jih danes uporabljajo podjetja.

Abstract:In my thesis I've described business software that enterprises are using today. The impact was on business solutions that are being used by small and middle sized companies. Slovenian companies, as foreign do, use them to lower their costs, to improve their business processes and to reduce response and time of processing data. All this is available by different software providers that offer their solutions also as cloud services. Documentation is used by every company and it can be either in paper or electronic version. Using data in electronic form eases the business processes. This is why software solutions as OCR are a great aid, because they can recognise and read the characters from the scanned documents. The analysis for Slovenian companies gave us insights of which documentation is more demanding and which of them is their priority. We also learned which metadata is important for further business and what the ways that they are being stored are. And since more and more business software solutions are available in cloud version, we wondered about the trust of Slovenian companies in cloud computing. Of course, the data access and security of it are also very important.
