Title:Kibernetski kriminal : napadi na informacijske sisteme v Sloveniji

Abstract:Diplomo začenjam s predstavitvijo kibernetskega prostora, kibernetske kriminalitete, terorizma, storilcev kibernetskega terorizma in z opredelitvijo različnih tipov in motivov za tovrstni terorizem. Opišem tudi, kako se razvija računalniška tehnologija. Sledi razlikovanje med vdorom in napadom na informacijski sistem ter predstavitev orodij in pripomočkov za pomoč pri tovrstnem dejanju – računalnik kot tarča kaznivega dejanja, računalnik kot orodje kriminalnega dejanja in računalnik kot pomoč organom pregona. Prikažem tudi preiskovanje kibernetske kriminalitete v Sloveniji in način, kako se lahko zaščitimo pred njo. Prav tako navedem statistične podatke napadov na informacijske sisteme v Sloveniji, in sicer število obravnavanih kaznivih dejanj od leta 2000 do leta 2013. V zaključku pa nakažem nadaljnji razvoj kibernetske kriminalitete.

Abstract:Diploma begins with the presentation of cyberspace, cyber crime, terrorism and its perpetrators as well as the different types and designs. Description of how the technology is evolving. Below is the difference between the intrusion and attacks on information systems and presentation tools and utilities to assist in such an act - the computer as the target of a criminal offense computer as a tool for crime and computer as an aid to law enforcement authorities. Also displays the investigation of cybercrime in Slovenia and how you can protect yourself against it. It also displays the statistics of attacks against information systems in Slovenia - specifically the number of offenses under consideration from 2000 to 2013. In conclusion, as well as tell you how and what will or should be developed cybercrime in the future.
