Pregledali in preučili smo različne možnosti priključitve in uporabljene tehnologije. Izmed tehnično možnih rešitev smo na podlagi ocene o izpolnjevanju različnih kriterijev izbrali in implementirali najprimernejšo: zajem podatkov z dodatnim krmilnikom in OPC-vmesnikom.

Abstract:Information systems for production monitoring must be based on real process data to provide users with adequate information. Capturing data from the machines therefore represents one of the key challenges, as it should minimize interference with the production process. In the Krka company we have very different machines which require different approaches. In this thesis we found the optimal solution to capture and store data from the three packaging lines of the same manufacturer, which had to be incorporated into the production information system in a uniform manner. We reviewed and analyzed various connection options and technology used. We made the analysis of existing solutions in terms of technical suitability for use on our packaging lines. Among the possible technical solutions we made assesment of compliance with the various criteria to select and implement the most appropriate: data capture with extra controller and OPC interface. In this way we obtain a minimal set of data needed for calculation of key production indicators. Due to the use of additional components the operation of the line is independent of the system for data capture.
