Title:Prikaz postopka izdelave slane baterije in spremljanje delovnega procesa v programu Igrafx : diplomska naloga

Abstract:Družba in z njo organizacije so se skozi stoletja spreminjale in razvijale. Ročno delo v tovarnah so zamenjali in nadgradili stroji, kar je omogočil postopen razvoj računalnika in računalniške opreme. Prišlo je do razcveta informacijske tehnologije in s tem do hitrejšega pretoka informacij v proizvodnem procesu. Zaradi pojava delitve dela, hierarhična delitev znotraj organizacij ni več ponujala jasnega pregleda nad nalogami. Razvilo se je modeliranje, z njim številne metode, tehnike in orodja, kar je omogočilo tabelarični in grafični prikaz poslovnih procesov. Simulacija poslovnih procesov v programskih okoljih je omogočila preizkušanje inovacij in spreminjanja poslovnih procesov. Eno izmed pomembnih orodij modeliranja in simulacije je iGrafx Process 2013, s pomočjo katerega bom v diplomskem delu predstavil proces izdelave slane baterije tipa 6AS6 100, ki jo izdelujejo v podjetju Iskra d.d. PE Baterije in potenciometri. Proces bom predstavil s pomočjo tabel aktivnosti in lastnosti, ki sta del metodologije TAD.

Abstract:Society, and consequently also organizations, have been changing and developing throughout the centuries. Manual work was replaced and updated by machines, which was enabled by a gradual development of computer and computer equipment. Informational technology thrived, which produced quicker flow of information in the production process. Due to the appearance of work-sharing procedure, the hierarchic division within the organisations ceased to offer a clear overview of assignments. Modelling developed, and with it several methods, techniques and instruments, which made possible tabular and graphic review of business processes. Their simulation in software environments enabled testing innovations and modifying the business processes. One of the most important tools for modelling and simulation is the iGrafx Process 2013. In this thesis, it will be used to present the process of making type 6AS6 100 saline battery, manufactured by the company Iskra LLC, business unit (BU) Batteries and Potentiometers. The process will be introduced with the help of activity and characteristics table which are part of the TAD methodology.
