Abstract:Živimo v svetu, v katerem nam procesi, postopki in rutine vsakdanjega vedenja predstavljajo neko nujo oziroma način življenja. Eno nam omogoča osebni razvoj in lažje doseganje osebnih ciljev, drugo pa omogoča mirno in urejeno vodenje države in s tem varen vsakdanjik njenih državljanov.

Abstract:We live in a world where processes, procedures and routines in our everyday behaviour represent a certain need or a way of life. Whether we decide on them voluntarily and engage them in the execution of our day-to-day tasks, or they are official rules that need to be implemented in a certain order and determine the way to perform a process, there is a big difference. One enables our personal development and allows us to achieve personal goals more easily, while the other allows for a peaceful and orderly management of the country and thus a safe everyday life of its citizens. This diploma describes the issue of migration and refugee flows during the so-called "Arab Spring" phenomenon, which led individuals to seek safety through a number of dangerous paths to Europe, which promised better living conditions. During this trip, they also crossed Slovenia. The paper focuses on treatment processes of migrants in Slovenia in the period from September 2015 to March 2016 and their modelling using the TAD methodology.
