Title:Trženje izobraževalnih storitev v javnih in zasebnih vrtcih : diplomsko delo

Abstract:V diplomskem delu je v uvodu predstavljena opredelitev teme, metodologija dela, nameni in cilji naloge. Delo preko študija navedene literature obravnava tematiko trženjskega spleta v izobraževalnih storitvah. Natančneje je opredeljen pojem in značilnosti storitev, ugotavljanje in nadziranje kakovosti, kaj je metoda "7-P" in kako se pomen kakovosti in njene dimenzije odražajo v storitvenem procesu. V drugem delu naloge so predstavljene osnovne razlike med javnimi in zasebnimi vrtci ter zakonodaja in pravila, katerim sledijo ustanove z izvajanjem programa predšolske vzgoje. Raziskava se posveča predstavitvi in primerjavi trženjskega spleta v enem izmed javnih in dveh zasebnih vrtcev, vsak od njih pa predstavlja različne metodologije podajanja znanja v predšolskem procesu izobraževanja. Kakovost storitve v javnih in zasebnih vrtcih je predstavljena po rezultatih anketnega vprašalnika za starše. V sklepnem delu so interpretirane vse pridobljene informacije in rezultati v celoto, kjer se potrdi oziroma ovrže predpostavljena dejstva diplomskega dela.

Abstract:The introductory part contains the presentation of the topic, the work methods used and the objectives of the thesis. By citing the studied literature,we examine the marketing mix in educational services. The concept and characteristics of the services are described in detail further on, followed by the definition of quality and quality control, the description of the "Seven P Formula" and of the way the value of the quality and its dimensions reflect in services. In the second part of the thesis, we present the fundamental differences between public and private kindergartens and rules and legislation the pre-school establishments follow. In our research, we focuse on the presentation and comparison of marketing mixin one public and two private kindergartens, each of which having its own pre-school educational methods. The quality of their service is reflected in the results obtained by the questionnaire for parents. In the conclusion, all the results and information obtained considered as a whole are interpreted and the hypothesesare confirmed or rejected.
