Abstract: | The real estate concept has been long introduced into states' and society's everyday life. Initially, majority of the people thought that the real estate business is basically a sales oriented industry. The owner of a property puts his property on sale, and the buyers simply come up and offer an amount, that is how everyone was thinking. However, they were mistaken. It has been proved that management and marketing play a significant influential role when it comes to the real estate market. Although there are different conceptions, analysis and strategies on marketing's influence on the real estate industry, most of the authors come to a mutual conclusion; a good marketing will definitely boost the value of a real estate property. We are now in the marketing era of humanity and an effective marketing can, without breaking the law, utilize the sales and services, promote products and increase the perceived prices. In this paper there is anin-depth research of the correlation between real estate management and marketing and how we can develop a better understanding of real estate's sale and how marketing helps us improve it. It also attempts to identify various categories of utility and how based on them the need and value is perceived throughout the customers. It is important to reinforce the fact that marketing has become an unavoidable componentof any activity, especially in the real estate market. |
